- Multiple prior cancers s/p systemic therapy
- Extent of CNS involvement?
Work Up
- Vitrectomy: atypical lymphoid cells, MYD88 L265P
- Repeat imaging shows no intracranial involvement
- CSF cytology: negative/indeterminate
- Summit molecular profile in CSF
Summit™ Report
- MYD88 L265P detected in CSF confirms broader CNS involvement
- Discussed at tertiary center tumor board
- Treated with systemic low dose MTX instead of local intraocular injection
- Monitor VAF of MYD88 with serial Summit testing
- Over time, MYD88 not detected (negative). Clinician confirms response to therapy.
