Here’s everything you need to send a CSF liquid biopsy specimen to Belay Diagnostics.
STEP 1
Complete Test Requisition Form (TRF)
3 options:
A) Complete & sign TRF online
B) Download the fillable PDF and email, fax, or send in the kit
C) Use the printed form included in every kit.
STEP 2
Collect CSF
6 mL minimum – adult patients
4 mL minimum – pediatric patients
Use institution’s standard CSF tubes only. No blood collection tubes.
Label with collection date and two patient identifiers.
STEP 3
Ship to Us
Store at room temperature, refrigerated, or frozen depending on when you ship.
View detailed storage and shipping details
Use the prepaid FedEx label in your kit to ship it to us overnight.
We accept deliveries Monday – Saturday.
STEP 4
Receive your results in 6-8 days
We will send you a secure link by email in 6-8 calendar days upon receipt.
Our Medical Science Liaison is always happy to review the results with you.
